针对道路工程中沥青路面层间黏结不足的问题,探讨了不同黏层材料的洒布量对沥青路面层间抗剪性能的影响规律。首先采用旋转压实仪法成型了以SMA-13为上面层和AC-20为下面层的组合试件,然后采用直接剪切试验测试了SBS改性沥青、改性乳化沥青、70#基质沥青和橡胶沥青作为黏层材料时不同洒布量下试件的抗剪强度。结果表明,四种黏层材料在最佳洒布量时均出现了抗剪强度峰值,四种黏层材料中橡胶沥青的抗剪性能最大。
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of insufficient bonding between asphalt pavement layers in highway engineering, this paper discusses the influence of different adhesive layer materials on the shear performance of asphalt pavement. First, the composite specimens with SMA-13 asphalt mixture as the upper layer and AC-20 as the lower layer is formed by the rotary compactor method. Then, the direct shear test is used to test the shear strength of the specimens under different spraying amounts when SBS modified asphalt, modified emulsified asphalt, 70# matrix asphalt and rubber asphalt are used as the adhesive layer materials. The result shows that the four kinds of adhesive materials have the peak shear strength at the optimal spraying amount, and the shear performance of rubber asphalt is the largest among the four kinds of adhesive materials.
