为满足国省道中央分隔带宽度受限位置的使用需求,通过护栏材料性能试验、高精度计算机仿真模拟、实车足尺碰撞试验相结合的技术手段,研发出一种中央分隔带设置宽度50 cm的一柱双挂式高强钢波形梁护栏。碰撞试验结果表明,该护栏经1.5 t小客车100 km/h、14 t大型客车80 km/h、25 t大型货车60 km/h以20夹角碰撞,乘员碰撞后加速度最大为168.5 m/s2,乘员碰撞速度最大为6.5 m/s,大型客车、大型货车碰撞护栏后最大横向动态变形值分别为0.65 m、0.5 m。护栏达到了SAm级防护等级,可对国省道中央分隔带宽度受限位置运营安全提供有效保障。
Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the use of the width of the central separation zone of the national and provincial highways, through the technical means of combining the material performance test of the barrier, the high-precision computer simulation and the full-scale collision test of the real vehicle, a double-hung high-strength steel corrugated beam barrier with a width of 50 cm was developed for the central separator, and the crash test results showed that the barrier collided at an angle of 20 by 1.5 t passenger car 100 km/h, 14 t large passenger car 80 km/h, and 25 t large truck 60 km/h. The maximum acceleration after the occupant collision is 168.5 m/s2, the maximum occupant collision speed is 6.5 m/s, and the maximum lateral dynamic deformation values of large buses and large trucks after collision with the barrier are 0.65 m and 0.5 m, respectively. The barrier has reached the SAm protection level, which can effectively guarantee the operation safety of the central separation zone of the national and provincial highways.
